The AIPD will soon be able to offer members this course and the various individual Units required to practice in the specific roles of Debt Collection Process Serving Repossession of Goods. RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Unit credits are available to persons who have experience in the Commercial Agent industry.

Note: The above Certificate III replaces the previous Certificate III in Financial Services (Commercial Agency Practice). Persons holding this course will have access RPL for various units of the new course. The above stated Units are now required in NSW under the new CAPI Licensing requirements. This qualification should be held by all persons involved in the Debt Collection process, Repossession of Goods whether working in a large company in this role or operating as an independent contract provider and also for process servers.
